AWISE 2020 Innovation Summit

A glimpse at our AR/VR future

Wednesday 2nd December @ 10:30am

As our world of technology advancement speeds ahead, the use of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are shifting from the realms of science fiction into real world applications of research, education, communication, and entertainment to name but a few.

What can we expect from AR & VR? How far away are things like the Google Glasses or a Bionic Eye? Is that the most likely use of these technologies or will something else like holographic telepresence be more prevalent.

Presenter: Scott OBrien, Co-Founder and CEO of Humense

On Wednesday 2nd December we heard from Scott OBrien, CEO of Humense, who provided a glimpse (insight) into the world of AR/VR and holographic telepresence.

advancements in Innovation locally, nationally, and globally.
